Take A Look At Some Exercises For Ladies That Can Help Improve Your Sex Life

Women are ever concerned about feeling "tight enough" and they report that their men don't "feel enough" during intercourse. Many women have determined that this is due to the size of their vaginas. For a woman, feeling "loose" can be sexually devastating. Because she is not able to scrutinize it closely, she may have no idea what the proportions of her vagina actually are. Lack of sensation in men can be caused by increased condom use, or greater use of anti depressants. However more and more women are taking the blame on themselves. They fear that they may not be tight enough anymore due to sex before marriage or childbirth. This is a fear because of remarriage and a re entry into the dating pool.

Actually most women are not loose at all, especially if they have not had children. The vagina is not a "hole" but, more like a "potential space" that comes in many shapes and sizes, ranging between 3 to 5 inches in length. The tone, of the PC (pubococcygeal) muscles that surround the vagina, accounts for the size of the cavity. Controlling this muscle during intercourse increases the sensation for both partners. Learning to control this muscle through "Kegel" exercises can be entertaining and pleasurable. Routinely contracting the pelvic floor muscle (this muscle is also used to stop the flow of urine) tightens the vagina and increases the woman's ability to orgasm. You can imagine the men benefit as well.

There are medical reasons why a woman's vaginal canal can change is size. Significant weight change, hormonal change, or even surgery can affect the cavity. However the most common cause for change is childbirth, and the stretching that the vagina undergoes during the process. Many women notice that they return to normal after a few months, while others may take longer (especially those who give birth in rapid succession). Kegel exercises are highly recommended for women after childbirth, to help support pelvic organs and prevent urine leakage.

Before you rush back to your doctor and ask for a "husband stitch" try Kegel exercises first. If they don't seem to be working, you simply may be performing them incorrectly. Here are some tips:

Do the right type of Kegel Exercise: if your goal is to increase sensation for you (and your partner) make you practice with something inside your vagina. There are several products that are beneficial: vaginal barbells, Kegelcisor, and the Berman Juno Kegel Exerciser which uses springs for resistance. Ben wa balls and Bullet Vibes are designed to be placed in the vagina while you go about your daily activities. Keeping them in is harder than you think! Of course you could just use an old fashion penis during intercourse.

Get technical: Monitor your progress and buy a perineometer. Yes, that's what it does; it measures your vaginal strength. Simply insert and squeeze. Record your progress.

Keep in mind there are a wide variety of penis sizes too. Like a lock and key, some penis/vagina combinations work better than others. Additionally, too much sex cannot cause a loose vagina, in fact by incorporating Kegels into your regular routine, it can only get better.
