Lipsticks ?C the facts

Author: john

Lipsticks which are richer in color and texture than lip gloss are a cosmetic Product that is applied in Lips. It is used primarily to apply color to Lips. Most of the Lipsticks are red or reddish in color. This is because it stimulates sexual arousal appearance. It also reddens the Lips and increases the blood flow. It intends to make to make the wearer more sexually attractive.

Lipstick is available in a massive and varied selection of colors and shades with modern pigments. Many chemical ingredients are present in a typical Lipstick. Lipstick contains Pigments, Oils, Waxes and Emollients. In order to cover the odors and tastes of the other ingredients, perfume and flavoring may be added. While reviewing the history of Lipstick it??s found that Lipstick does not have a known origin.

It is known to have been used around 5000 years ago in ancient Babylon. In those days semi-precious jewels were crushed and applied to the Lips and occasionally around the Eyes. Ancient Egyptians extracted purplish-red dye from fucus-algin, 0.01% Iodine, and some Bromine mannite, which resulted in serious illness.

Crushed Carmine beetles, which gave a deep red pigment, and ants for a base was used by Cleopatra. From pearlescence, a substance found in fish scales, Lipstick with shimmering effects were made. Makeup was declared vulgar by Queen victoria as prostitutes were usually the only ones who painted their Faces.

Wearing makeup before marriage is also forbidden. Because it is considered as a trick to show her husband into thinking she was beautiful. During the the reign of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, Lipstick started to gain popularity. She made blood red Lips and stark white faces a fashion statement.

Lipstick was made from a blend of beeswax and red stains from plants by that time. It gained the respect of the movie industry, and it became commonplace for Women to apply makeup

Until a female reaches adolescence or adulthood it is not worn. Men wearing Lipstick may be viewed as carrying a social stigma. Male use of makeup does not fit traditional Twenty-first Century gender roles.

A combination of Lipstick and lip liner is Lip-duo. a wax-free semi-permanent liquid formula, and we have more versions of the same in the name of "lip stain" or "liquid lip color". These are aslo very popular among young Women who consider that without Lipsticks their make up is not complete.
