What is it about men that women are attracted to? The most important aspect of attraction would have to be what the man looks like. Although, it seems that many women have a tendency to base attractions on their emotions.

In the same respect, many women like the idea of a male having an attractive body, but if the mind doesn't match, he doesn't make the cut.

It's also very important that a man listen. He can talk about himself to let a woman know who he is and what he's all about, but he has to listen to what she has to say as well. Men love to talk about themselves, but so do women. There has to be a natural chemistry between the two that goes beyond physical attraction. If I women feels that a man is talking too much about himself, or she has the sense that he is distracted when she is talking - that's an immediately turn off.

In conversation, the man must let the woman know that he is truly interested in what she does for a living, hobbies, etc. This leaves the door open for the woman to do the same, and it opens up lots of avenues for conversation about likes and dislikes.

Women tend to go for sweet and charming men who aren't afraid to be themselves and go out of their way to do special things like open a car door, pull out a chair, and shower the woman with meaningful compliments. Compliments are nice and go a long way in cementing the "he's perfect" label.
